Morris and Zardes over him just makes it worse.
Zardes is in better form than Sargent right now. And both Zardes and Morris can also play on the wing. I think Morris made it over Sargent because of his versatility and Sargent's lack of playing time.

Yes I do. Let's see, how about we put Roy Keane at RB since Stephen Carr is injured. Save me the Adams has played RB in the past. IDGAF, you are wasting his talent at RB.

But we know what Zardes is. I don’t care about his form. He’s getting minutes in MLS which Sargent would certainly be doing as well if he chose to stay home. With that said I’m more baffled at Morris over Sargent than that.
I think also Gregg has said he doesn’t see Zardes as anything other than a 9. Morris runs around like a chicken with his head cut off and is the 5th or 6th best option on the wing on this roster. Isn’t he also a little banged up?

That's not even close to being true.

I am just salivating thinking about Zardes' first touch its just poetry in motion.

Maybe 4th or 5th without moving Pulisic from the middle and keeping Zardes as the #2 striker.

Then please tell me how this wastes his talents.

I don't have time to debate with a novice

You realize he will spend most of his time as a defensive mid, right?

Berhalter on Sargent's absence: "This was the most difficult decision we had to make. When Lletget went down we saw him as depth for attacking midfield and winger. When he got injured, it threw a wrench in our plans. We didn't feel we could carry three forwards anymore."

I wonder if Sargeant lost his roster spot last night with that performance.
And Holmes earned his spot from it.

I don't think so. He really didn't get much service to make an opinion on. If anything, he probably got the start as an apology for not being able to have him on the final roster.
And I think Lletget's injury made it easier for Holmes.

The real problem here is how piss poor our current pool is. I mean, we’re mad that a 20 year old who doesn’t get any club minutes didn’t make the roster. And most of the Gregggg regulars y’all are upset about have a total of 0 people behind them that are international quality either. The lost generation is killing us right now.

Yep, i think this shows just how important it was to get Holmes and Boyd. Some guys in that 24-28 range that we just dont have.

I still wish Nagbe would get more of a go

I agree, especially after last night.
