I have seen men get away with this for decades. There was no malice, good for the refs that have played on.

I’m really struggling to watch games that don’t involve the US. All of these teams are so far below the US talent wise and have trouble stringing more than 5 passes together. It’s basically just kick ball until a lucky bounce in the box turns into a shot on goal.
ETA: And just like that a long ball forward completely misplayed by a defender for an easy breakaway goal for Norway.

What a brilliant pass there!
She split 3 defenders and hit her teammate in the perfect spot.
All she had to do there was not frick it up.
Result: 1-0 Norway
