Keeper was coming out and the ball was too far away to be an obvious goal scoring opportunity.
Definite yellow, but the pass was too far away for me to agree that it was a red.

I want the penalties to be tied until round 11 when Australia gets to send Kerr out again vs Norway's keeper since they only have 10.

I really wanted to see them give yellows during the shootout if keepers came off the line. I just wanted to see how many players would get reds during one shootout.
