Those words are not mentioned directly. However, the EO says that anyone claiming religious persecution in one of the 7 countries listed in the EO will receive priority for entry to this country if their religion is a minority religion in their country. Since all of those countries are majority Muslim, that in effect moves all the Muslims to the back of the line.
ETA: Also an interesting fact that I just heard today and found quite eye opening. For those who like to point to Germany and their immigration policy as a reason why the US should not accept any refugees: Germany has taken in 964,000 Syrian refugees, meanwhile the USA (a much larger country in both population and area) has taken in only 12,000. I don't think it's a good idea to take in nearly as many as Germany because it's just not feasible, but I do think it's morally wrong to put a blanket ban on people fleeing an awful situation in a wartorn country. Wasn't it Reagan who said the US should be a shining city on a hill? I don't think that means closing ourselves off to those who seek to work hard to improve the lives of themselves and their families.

I suggest you turn on your tv. You evidently have zero idea about what is going on. Both dual nationals and green card holders were denied entry. Both have the legal right to enter this country.

Having a green card does not equate to a constitutional right. Green card holders are still aliens. They do not have many of the constitutional rights that citizens hold. And green card holders can have privileges and statuses revoked. Finally, again, no foreign national has a constitutional right to enter the US.

The 14th Amendment is pretty clear about this actually:

Yeah they're legally sanctioned residents of the United States. We can't just round them up and throw them in jail or detain them because we want to. They are afforded due process like any other human being, whether legally approved to reside here or not.
