I am an easy going guy but I started to get a little pissed off with the damn phone going off every couple of hours...
ETA: I forgot to add the tech tried to beat a tip out of me... He said something about he will take care of the service charge when there was no service charge... Make that 18 text messages.. I just got another one.. I replied with stop this time since the job is finished...

Every truck roll is subject to a service charge if they dont find a problem on their side of the network. He probably was just meaning he will make sure the system was updated to note that it was indeed an at&t issue so the system doesn't bill you for the truck roll.
