Laptop Recommendations - Under $300 - Light Gaming

Looking for a laptop for a friend's kid under $300 that can play Roblox. Also would it be best to go Chromebook or Windows?
I am finding conflicting info regarding whether or not you can play Roblox on Chrome OS.

Not a gamer but I use GPUs a lot.
If going used, you may score a core ultra H for $350-400.
1220P and 1320P chips are beloved for being labeled i3 but performing as well as much more expensive chips for most things. You may get lucky and find one with 12GB ram for $300ish.
I have a perfect (but economy quality) asus 1220p/20g/256g I’m letting go for $180ish but not shipping or delivering.
