No. "Tech" problems at SWA are usually caused by inaccurate QA of changes occurring at a production, at least when I was a consultant there.
One of my engineers did something during routine changes before the flying day opened that caused hundreds of flights to be delayed in both EST and CST zones.
The way SWA routes their aircraft compounds any problem (which has been addressed in threads elsewhere.)
