Some won't agree, but for a 10K-15K budget for 6-7 days, assuming you shop around, that will get you a super high end Carribean trip, especially in Mexico, Costa Rica, DR, etc.
I would seriously look at Hawaii for that budget.

For our 10th, 20th and 30th anniversary, we went to Pebble Beach and stayed at the Lodge. I play golf and wife shops and does spa activity. We also eat great in Carmel. Weather is always nice and cool, regardless of the time of year. For our 15th, 25th and 35th anniversary, we did Italy, then France, then Italy. We love Tuscany, but also love the Amalfi coast (Sorrento and Capri). With that budget, you could spend $4,000 - $5,000 on business class RT tickets times 2, but you would have to reduce your hotel spending once you get there to stay on budget. If you fly economy or premium economy, your airfare could be in the $3,000 times 2 and spend more on nicer hotels. If you haven't been before, I would vote for Italy.

You've had some fun anniversary trips! Amalfi Coast is an interesting idea, I wonder if that satisfies the OPs desire for a tropical location. Will add 10K-15K can probably get you a decent trip to the South Pacific, but Hawaii is easier travel and doable in a 7 day trip.

Honolulu, SoCal beaches, Miami or Key West. Those are top of the line beach destinations where your average hotel room goes for $700+ a night.
