Just to piggyback, for anyone looking at a trip, I would look at Jackson, the Montana resorts, and Canada.

The only downside to Canada would be weather. It can get uncomfortably cold.

Looks like they have a cool feature on there that allows you to see the estimated lift line times at the resorts. I wonder how accurate that is.

Not accurate at all. Worthless.

Yeah I noticed that today. Surprisingly the lift lines at Breck were shorter than posted......at times. Also at times they were longer than posted. You're right, worthless!

Only lift line at Breck that consistently sucks is peak 7

Every other lift will be deserted but 10 min wait at peak 7

Peak 9 was very bad this morning around 9:30-10 but by 11 there was hardly a wait.

7.5” at PC last night with 10” more expected this weekend.

Might hit Solitude Monday to avoid the President’s Day crowd at PC and hit some different terrain.

We hit Keystone today. Received some overnight snow and it snowed all day today. The skiing was great!

Good skiing in all parts of Colorado today! That's some great news.

First chair on Storm Peak and straight to Closets/Shadows. Longest continuous drop you get in Steamboat. 2000 vert of perfect tree skiing. And boy did it deliver.

My buddy is in there somewhere.

Have been in Jackson all week. Snow was good mid mountain and up until yesterday. Then they got 12 inches of snow over night and 5 more last night and it’s incredible. My first run yesterday was powder up to my thigh.

Storm cycle looks good up that way.

Earlier today, I actually accepted a job offer in Jackson Hole. Moving there this spring. Excited, but also bittersweet to be leaving Steamboat. Gonna make the most of my last months here.

Congrats on the new job, are you going to live in ID and commute over the pass?

I almost took a job in Jackson last spring. Ended up in Big Sky instead.

I love my job, but I sorely wish I was in Jackson!

Most jealous.

Will desperately try and stay on the WY side of the pass. Already putting boots on the ground for housing. Have a few leads that seem promising.

Luckily I'm getting a nice monthly housing stipend. It's an amazing opportunity working on a golf course. Groom cross country ski trails in the winter. Ready to learn how to run a snowcat!

I'm super stoked to check out Idaho and Montucky. My twin brother lives in Bozeman. I'm super excited to be closer to him. We've both been out west for awhile but never within that close of distance to each other.

Jackson Hole is not the first place I would've pictured myself moving after Steamboat, but I'm really excited. Gonna make the most of my last two months here in CO.

Starting with Winter Wondergrass this weekend
