Bar on 7 Mile Beach (Grand Cayman) suggestions?

Wife and I are getting massages at The Four Seasons in Grand Cayman and was looking for a beachside bar within walking distance of there.
We have small chairs that fit in our backpack ( LINK ) so chair service is not a need and would rather not try to rub elbows with everyone at the Four Seasons...looking for more of a dive bar feel where the bartender has dreads and moved their from somewhere too "individualistic" like Austin or Portland and is kind of cute but you just can't tell but she makes a killer jalapeno margarita.
Do they sell alcohol at Public Beach?
If I bring a small ice chest and stop at the store, can I bring my own beer to public beach?

If I remember correctly, The Hard Rock was packed.
