Staying in Salisbury England as part of a 2 week England trip. We want to head to the Devon coast for a day. We will have a car. Any suggestions for sights along the Devon coast? How about an interesting quick stop on the way down? As an aside, are there any suggestions for awesome pubs or restaurants in Salisbury?

Check out the tank museums at Bovington.

If you are a Broadchurch fan, the little coastal town where it was filmed (Bridport) is a cool place to visit for an hour or two. The cliffs are amazing.
