Durango/Ouray Area

Gonna be Durango/Ouray in a couple of weeks and looking for cant miss things to see. Already have tickets for the train to silverton and a Razr rented to drive up Immogene Pass, but have an off day and want to see what else is worth seeing. Will be driving to Telluride later in the week. Were planning to raft the river, but water levels are low, so may not do that. Any recs for fishing in the area? Planning to do a fly trip in Telluride, but will also be bringing a couple of spinning rods to try the local lakes.
