I just booked a guys snowmobiling trip for 2/10-2/14 this winter. Several of my buddies have been so I decided to join the trip this year. I’m very much looking forward to it.
We will be riding 3 days and stopping at various bars along the trails.
Any specific things to do or don’t do from anybody with experience up there? Great places or not so great places?

It's a neat town and I have been through it many times over the years on my way to visit my parents in Houghton, MI - used to drive up every Christmas. Lots of snowmobile trails everywhere and there is small stadium for racing there too. There is a casino in Watersmeet just a little north of Eagle River - it was the casino used in the movie Reindeer Games I think. Really pretty up there and usually lots snow even when there is not much snow anywhere else in the US.
Kind of funny story but my first trip to UP and through Eagle River was in Dec. '96 and I drove up from Baton Rouge with my girlfriend from NO that had never seen much snow. We stopped at gas station in the UP and the guys filling up their snowmobiles couldn't figure out how someone from LA made it so far north
