Orange Beach-Sea Chase/Phoenix

My daughter is turning 10 years old at the end of July and she has decided that she wants to go to the beach instead of having a birthday party. She is at the age where all of her cousins are too old for kiddie parties and she doesn't want to take the chance of no kids showing up because of Covid still lingering around. We usually go to Orange Beach a couple of times a year anyway. I wasn't planning on going this year because of the crowds but, that's what she wants and my wife has said she wants to go too. My daughter doesn't care where we stay as long as it has a good pool. I'm not going to spend a fortune on Turquoise Place or Caribe(to not be on the beach). We have stayed at several Phoenix's in the past and they have been decent. However, this year we booked a condo at Sea Chase. Apparently, it is still closed for repairs due to the Hurricane, but is supposed to be back open in May. It looks like it has a nice pool area and is in a convenient location for getting groceries. Is anyone familiar with this condo and is it nice? As a backup plan we are planning on booking a room at either the Phoenix 6 or 7. We've stayed at the 7 before but, not the 6. If I remember correctly they are almost identical. If I'm wrong, which one would be better to stay at the 6 or the 7?

I have some friends that booked a condo for 3rd week of June that was supposed have hurricane repairs completed by May. They got an email this week cancelling their June reservations due to repairs not on schedule. Be wary of making a reservation at a condo under construction.

We are able to get a full refund. That’s why we’re booking a Phoenix as a backup.
