Want to rent a house on St Thomas or St John

Preferably close to the beach
Can sleep 10 adults
Trying to keep around 2500-3500 night
Will pay extra for housekeeping and chef

We are staying at Villa Ixora on St. John, June 5-12. 5 beds and sleeps 10. It's a beautiful place but probably no availability if you're trying for this summer. Will report back when we return

Yeah most of the beaches and surrounding area are all National Parks so it cannot be touched. Won't find much super close to beaches but there are some within a 5-10 minute drive. Yall should be able to find something very nice with that budget.

Have you thought about Tortola? A lot more options and some incredible properties. St. J is a little more limited.

We stayed at this house one year. Not much of a beach, but right on the water and it had water access. Good snorkeling right there as well. If I remember right, the main areas don't have AC, just the bedrooms. I may be confusing it with another place we stayed though.

You can go on there and state your parameters and you will have companies and individuals send you their houses and prices. They compete for your business on there.
