Luke Johnson with NOLA.com reported Thursday morning that LSU defensive line coach Bo Davis is reportedly leaving Brian Kelly's staff to be the New Orleans Saints' new defensive line coach.

Davis joined LSU last offseason after spending three seasons at Texas. He has coached in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins and the Detroit Lions.

Davis played for the Tigers in the early 1990s and served as a graduate assistant with the football program from 1995-97. He was a member of the strength and conditioning staff when LSU won the 2003 national championship.

I'm guessing it's more tired of transfer portal BS with position coaches trying to almost rebuild a position group every year. Hard to get continuity and develop young talent.
