The Tennessee coaching staff received some good news on Tuesday morning when strong-side defensive end Ryan Thaxton announced that he has committed to the Volunteers.
The 6-5, 230-pound prospect from Alexandria, VA chose the Vols over schools like Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, Virginia, and NC State.
