Love this. THIS is why Saban has the program where it is. THIS is why you never see Bama slip back to 8-5 seasons. This is from the Belichick school. You prepare your team every moment of every day. No scenario is overlooked and intensity is the norm. You graduate a QB, next guy better step it up, graduate a LB, next guy better play just as good or you will find yourself processed. Excellence is expected, not hoped for. Even Charleston Southern keeps him awake. He wants to be perfect.
