I use l theanine every day in the morning with my coffee. Everyone should try it, it literally takes all the jitters away from the coffee. If you get the suntheanine type it has a hint of sweetness to it. It was life changing for me, I hate the way coffee makes me feel but with l theanine it is smooth energy.
