Elite five-star 2020 running back Zachary Evans sent out the following tweet on Friday about joining his former High School teammate K'Lavon Chaisson at LSU.

Chaisson had a great response to his tweet...


Evans, a 6-0, 200-pound prospect from Houston, TX (Northshore HS) is the consensus No. 1 running back in the country for the class of 2020. He received his offer from coaching staff back in February of 2017 and camped at LSU over the summer.

These unis are making some noise around college football.. It's only once a year we do it, they look great, and it helps recruiting obviously. LSU's done a great job with the unis in recent years IMO

I finally drank the Kool-Aid and succumbed to the fact that recruits love these novel uniforms. I also love it when current studs act as true ambassadors to our program. I’m curious if TM7, PP7 and other past Tigers show up unannounced to practice or the weight room (on their off weekends).
