Must be nice to be McVay and be the Grandson of a NFL Coach and know the fraternity allowed you to not have to earn your first opportunity in the league. He's never faced adversity in his life and the first time he did in 2023 (5-12) - he threatened to retire if the local L.A. media wouldn't lay off of him. He has a rule that he can be the only Coach/Staff member on the Rams Sideline without a hat so the cameras can find him quicker.
