I find it interesting how talent in organizations can be so underutilized, and then go on somewhere else and bdcome a star.
Seems to happen everywhere, business, sports, entertainment, etc.
Any publications/stories on how good leaders find potential in others and how they bring it out of them? More of the mindsets, thoughts, techniques used.

Too many Leaders only see potential in other Leaders that are just like them. I had an interview once where the guy said he only hires a certain personality type because the rest were not as good. He was an idiot of course, because a lot of people with different personalities get results.
