Yeah I read first word. It was "Eventually ". Not sure what that has to do for the way of them being now. I guess Eventually is the source of your statement?

Dude seriously? They are not deployed like that.

Did you read the first word in my post?
Eventually there will come a point where there will be more drones than actual patrolmen. Using various AI techniques to spot crime as it's happening.

While I welcome the lower crime, I'm not keen on the idea that we're being visually watched pretty much 24/7. At some point privacy is more important than constant surveillance.

Imagine walking around naked or banging the wife in your fenced in backyard, only to have a patrol drone overhead and the police dept laughing away
It's definitely far, far overused. And we're only in what, like year 2 of AI?

Imagine 5 years from now. It'd be a rarity to see or hear actual humans.

Look at the library and the services it offers. Common sense says they dont need to be funded on the level of the police or BREC.
Same issue and came here to post.

Seemed to start happening a few weeks ago when the banner ad was placed at the bottom of the screen.

For you all that surf TD and work in an office, are you not concerned about IT logging your time on non work related websites?

On your cell to avoid IT looks worse because your face is buried in a phone

Show needs more business drama.

While it would make for a better show for the men, it'd bore women.

Sheridan walks a fine balance in this and Yellowstone to keep both the men and women watching.

Lol, Venezuela was no threat to the US, or anyone else for that matter.

It's funny how civilians just happen to "know" this.

It doesnt matter if it's Biden, Obama, or Trump's strikes the fact of the matter is you are not in a senior military intelligence role to be able to remotely come close to the details behind this operation.

I dont know how anyone could think Zaxby's tenders are better than Canes.

For some reason the Sam Elliot character gets on my nerves lol

I like the old man wisdom he throws out. It applies to everybody and something we should all consider.

Like this last episode saying something to the effect of "If you're always focused on the next issue to resolve you'll never get a chance to enjoy life"

Do you really think Taylor Sheridan has thought that far ahead ? I’m not sure he has. Last several episodes have been so disappointing and veer completely away from the initial episodes.

I honestly think that Taylor writes about 3 episodes ahead, and he and Paramount sit down to check the ratings after each episode to try and decide how many more they should write..

"We can squeeze another season and a half out of them, easy..."

Maybe sarcasm that's flying over my head... you do realize the time from writing an episode to post production is many months, likely a year.

Well, reading this page doesn’t give me a warm fuzzy. The wife has been wanting to watch this for a while, and I’ve hesitated, because I knew that it being a Sheridan show, it would eventually devolve into full retard. And it sounds like it has.

You're reading posts from people who are complaining. There's likely a slew of people (like myself) who thoroughly enjoy the show and dont have negativity that needs expressing online.

I enjoy that so far the show hasn't devolved into a mafia drama (Yellowstone) and makes interesting storylines out of an everyday life of a landman. It's a fun relaxing show that I look forward to every Sunday.
Yes, for weeks. And today I got footer ads on top of footer ads.

I've seen this and find it very bizarre. If I had someone who reported to me do that, we'd be having a conversation that would probably result in their looking for new employment in ernest

This is what I'm talking about.

Lot of OP downvotes but no real rebuttal to the question.

Having Open for Work publically displayed makes me question how long that employee plans to stay with the company. No C-suite employee would have this displayed on their LinkedIn. That tells you something.

Linkedin employment status is the number one driver of career advancement. It is known

Possibly at the lower levels, but I cant see any scenario where doing this at the mid-upper levels would be anything but a career killer.
Is it basically accepted these days to have Open to Work listed on LinkedIn while still employed?

Not talking about people who have put in notice, just having this badge permanently displayed.

Seems like it would pretty much kill any growth potential in your current role. And I see it very often.

I know, this is a lot of bullshite.

Then why post it?
When women's basketball is on I just find the couple of women that I could give it to, and just watch their asses all game.
Never seen this movie but that was a good scene.

The uniforms looked like they all just came in fresh from the cleaners. And rifles were clean and smooth.

Guess it's easy to forget how far films have come in terms of realism.
