Most insiders are full of shite. Look at recruiting and coaching changes for the past dozen years.

The last NC winning OC to ever be fired as OC: Gary Crowton. 10 years later we're hiring SE who has been fired 2 times as OC and once as TE coach.
SE is a great Tiger, and I hate that he will be subjected to what he's due to get next year. I am grateful Dave Aranda has been signed to a big contract and therefore will get strong look to take over as HC.

And to the issue that fans can’t have any impact. It’s 2018 pops, UT fans got a signed contract ripped up because of something they spray painted on a rock

I’m just repeating what they said. They specifically said FAN backlash. This site is the largest collection of thoughts from LSU fans in history. But go ask them for yourself, I already did
I don’t understand why y’all are so opposed to the idea the administration cares what average fans think
I’m not saying they listen to fans in every or even most situations. I’m just saying when you have that kind of response to throwing a name like Ensminger out there it can make them think twice
