Recruiting ability is a factor but not based soley on his ability or inability to lock down one recruit.
Brian Kelly is not a coach who will love Sloans ability to call an offensive game plan and run the offense and be willing to name him OC but then not because he doesnt land Underwood. No coach would hire anyone like that
