ter looking at Fano and Mauigoa’s full combine, they didn’t hurt themself. Fano killed all the drills and Mauigoa’s arms were longer than previously reported. They are the wildcards in the top 10 that can really sway who falls to us
Agree. For the Saints it all comes down to the tackles. If two, or please God three, OT go before #8, the Saints can get an elite player. If the OTs slide, we're in trouble.

Stay until the end
I reflexively skip any video over 10 seconds that says this.
They've won Best Draft award twice in the 9 years since the award started. Don't they know Loomis sucks?

IMO Washington is going to pair Jeremiyah Love with Jayden Daniels that’s if Love impresses at combine which I think he will, I would love to draft Styles, Reese, Bailey or Downs at #8.
Bobby Wagner is 137 years old, and a free agent. Styles all the way for Washington, if he's still there.

The 1985 film invented the post-credits plot twist.
It was also the first movie with a CGI character - the Glass Knight.

Didn't need another thread.
You misspelled his name.
And he will not be there when the Saints are picking. No way Washington would pass, if he's not picked earlier.

Styles 10.0 RAS Saints brass creamin
Sonny Styles will be a Washington Commander.

Al Pacino is 85 years old.

What role is he gonna play?
I would assume an older version of the character her played in Heat? :dunno:

The NFLPA told members (agents) that they expect the salary cap to be $303.5 million this league year, though it could reach as high as $305 million. Several teams, including the New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, Seattle Seahawks, Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Rams and Chargers, as well as the Tennessee Titans, must spend an additional $50 million on player contracts this year to meet their three-year requirement, according to the CBA.

This means many of the free agents signed by these teams or contract extensions handed out to players already on the roster will be frontloaded with a lot of cash for the 2026 season.

Welp, guess Olave getting extended. On the plus side, if his contract is front loaded the Saints will have more cap space in future years.

Bowers was one of the safest prospects to come out in a while for me. Never saw a reason why he wouldn’t be an elite player.
Slot receivers have limited value.

Timing the first fertilizer or weed-and-feed application depends on where you are located in the state. Strahan gives the following times for first fertilizer and weed-and-feed applications on St. Augustine and centipede lawns:
– New Orleans, late March.
– Baton Rouge/Lake Charles/Lafayette, late March or early April.
– Alexandria, early April.
– Monroe/Shreveport, mid-April.

This article is from 2011. If you believe the climate is warmer now, maybe it's OK to apply sooner.

Probably Brock Bowers the year we took Fuaga
Yeah the Brock Bowers hype was through the roof, and he did turn out to be a great slot receiver.

Most of yall won’t like it, but Tucker likely saved us from going to war.
I think you grossly overestimate how many people take Tucker Carlson seriously. Get out of your bubble for a bit. And yes, we are still attacking Iran.
Uh... glad you enjoyed whatever you're talking about?

I may be misremembering but was the more important running back on the 09 team Reggie or undrafted Pierre Thomas?
Reggie destroyed the Cardinals in the playoffs almost single-handedly. Reggie and Pierre complemented each other nicely, neither was "more important". That said, there would have been no Super Bowl for the Saints if not for #2 draft pick Reggie Bush.

This is a draft full of tented RBs
Disagree with you there. This is a relatively bad RB draft. There is huuuge drop off after Love - there may not be another RB picked until late 2nd or 3rd round. If you want to draft a surefire starting caliber RB this year, there is one.

Jesus people. Have we learned nothing from Ricky Williams?
You just gonna skip Reggie and the Super Bowl and go all the way back to Ricky?
Just realizing the Super Bowl will likely be on the 3rd Sunday of February from now on if they move to an 18 game schedule with 2 bye weeks as planned. That would put it smack dab on Mardis Gras weekend in 2031. Don't see how that's do-able.

think we should continue to build with the draft this year and other than a guard, take it easy on FA. Get under the cap and make a run in year 3 and 4 under Shough rookie deal.
If the right free agents are available, sign them NOW. Easy enough to structure the cap hits to land next year and beyond. Why waste another year of Shough's cheap contract just so we can be higher OP's list next year? Get the players now. This doesn't mean overpay, and I don't want the Saints trading away draft picks, but the FA contracts only get bigger from year to year as the cap grows. Why wait?
quote:

we will see. Just don't see him getting this type of contract from us
He's getting 33-35 million dollars from the Saints. Better to just accept and keep your fingers crossed.
