Gotta pay that BK buyout
But seriously, LSU athletic officials fly commercial all of the time

I think that Golesh would kill it at LSU. Hope its not him.

He hasn't done anything special,

Golesh took over one of the worst programs in the FBs, immediately got them bowl eligible, and now has them rolling. What he’s done there is impressive. I would like that hire a lot.

That’s certainly true. I was just hoping he had coached under some great ball coach. I almost think some like him just because he’s fun to watch get on the players’ butts with that “half mad Russian” temper; obliviously that doesn’t make him a great coach though.

He’s done a pretty good job, but I’m not ready to make the kind of leap that he’d big great in a big ole job like this one or Florida, etc…, noSiree.

Don’t talk sense ,We’re elite ,good lawd Golesh at blue blood LSU we can’t allow a good coach with lower breeding invade our beloved tiger stadium.

He’s a risk for us and it’s a huge step up in program management. But X’s and O’s, getting the most out of your guys, and intensity, he’s pretty freaking solid.
So while I agree with the risk aspect, he has, however, done much more than a “pretty good” job.
And not having Red Seal Wintergreen in y’all’s conversation is blasphemy.

How is this better than Heupel

I’m no fan of Heupel either.

He’s definitely someone that would concern me the way his teams played Bama the last two years. He has a lot of moxie that would blend in quite well on the Bayou. He and Brent Key would be the two that would give me the most concern.

Why? He hasn't accomplished much at all. He didn't coach under any great head coaches.
USF was in terrible shape as a program when he was hired. Absolutely terrible, the previous coach won a grand total of 4 games in three seasons.
He has quickly turned them around, and are legitimate contenders to earn a playoff spot in a very competitive conference.
Josh Heupel and Matt Campbell aren’t great, but Heupel certainly knows how to coach an offense, and Golesh was his OC at two schools.
Prior to hooking up with Heupel at UCF, Golesh had spent several seasons with Campbell at Iowa State. Regardless of what you think of Campbell’s coaching ability, he is highly respected, especially in the manner he runs a program, including the winning culture and consistency he’s established at one of the least desirable P4 schools.

Doesn’t Jon Gruden still have a house in Tampa?
Does Gruden answer the door in his hood and robe or just the robe.

Go watch a game or listen to him in a press conference don’t be a dipshit because he’s the coach at USF. He would kill it here.
