Renovation was just completed in time for last year’s season. Much better than before and beer is now flowing as well.
And of course atmosphere sucked in 2019; USC football has been on life support for years now with Helton at the helm. Hence the reason for this hire.

If you’re making Lincoln Riley money then it’s a no brainer. However, if you’re in my situation and only making $100-140 you leave when something better comes along, which I did.

I’m born and raised in Los Angeles and can confirm that it’s become a total shithole.
However, what makes it a shithole for middle class families like mine won’t matter to Lincoln Riley.
$10m/year salary shields most of the bullshite. He can live in bel air, Brentwood, or Beverly Hills and not have to worry about homelessness.

All of the things you mentioned a true to a degree but LA is an amazing place to be if you are at all well-to-do. LR won’t have to walk through any homeless guys to get where he wants to go and his kids may get to go to USC for free.
