Sure. if after the UCLA game, he walked in to the boosters with a binder full of coaches' head shots, I don't think he gets the money to get rid of Ed.
But when he went in and said "I have been in talks and have zeroed in on 1a and 1b, and my absolute fallback guy is coach 2. All 3 have been to the playoffs, and with our talent should get LSU there rather quickly". He got his money.

My sauces are telling me that Lane Kiffen is just a smokescreen for who Micro really wants. He really plays his cards close to his vest.
