I'm saying he has Baylor about as high as they can go in recruiting considering their competition in state and neighboring states.
I don't think many coaches who would end up as Baylor's HC would have any more success than Aranda or Rhule had.

Riley and Day are just two of many examples of guys who were not head coaches at a P5 school prior to their current job….do U realize how hard it is to build sustained success at UL? I’m actually not in for BN but I don’t hate the hire either as he would be a huge improvement over our last 2….
