Absolutely the opposite. He has great stability and his long term situation is better ie less fluid. He sees Saban retiring in a few years not long after OU moved to the SEC. who then would be the best coach in the conference and he doesn’t have to move his family? He has PLENTY of money.

You don’t leave jobs because of money. People leave jobs because of the employer, their manager or opportunity. He has a good boss, a good school, and opportunity to win championships down the road. The move to the SEC likely helps him recruit better.
