I didn't read through the entire thread, but I would like LSU to go after George Edwards. Don't know why, but I think he would succeed big time as a DC in the college ranks.

I don't know what coach you talked to. I just talked to one and he told me it's a done deal. Chavis never moved his family here, he has two businesses in Tennessee, he has a son that is giving them problems. These are the reasons I was told he is leaving. He is very well liked by all coaches from what I'm told.
He is making a decision based on whats best for his family and nothing else people are saying.
