Really disappointed in Whittingham. He quit on his team
No, he saw the writing on the wall once Utah sold out to private equity
The Big Ten is exploring a multi-billion dollar deal with a private equity group.

And, Michigan and USC stopped that for now.

What you’re doing there, I see it.

The bama 07 search was an absolute shite show of people saying no and they hired Saban.
Michigan hiring a guy that is old enough to be retired and has never coached in their state and was at a place that was limited going to a big power seems awfully Brian Kelly

I don’t think he’s a bad coach. I think he should’ve stayed where he was, been loyal, and built something special. He would’ve had a statue built for him. He should learn to just be happy where he
Kyle Whittingham is a hoe. Can’t turn a housewife into a hoe.

A bridge to what? Another shitshow search where you land on a last resort hire and hope to God he’s a decent choice?

He isn’t bad, but it’s not some home run like the national media is hyping it up. He will probably win 8 games ish the next couple years and end up retiring/stepping down. Perhaps the credibility and culture he brings is needed right now but I don’t buy the “stability” argument when he’s by nature a short term hire and unlikely to deliver the record on the field Michigan fans want

What would that entail if it did happen? Are we talking about branding on jerseys?

Agreed. It’s a desperate move to get someone decent for a couple of years to stop the bleeding. Then they’re back at it again. I wouldn’t be thrilled if I gave a shite about Michigan. They botched this thing terribly. If you wanted whittingham you could have hired him 3 weeks ago.

BUT, one bite pizza man thinks Michigan just hit a grand slam lol

Penn State and Michigan with absolute trash coaching searches made the two best hires outside of us.

We are all just lucky Michigan is the beacon of morality or else any one of us could have had our coach stolen.

Who gives a frick what those arrogant fricks want RN?
They need someone in there who is actually going to bring stability and not frick every woman in the athletic department.
And he'll win more than 8 games a year IMO. He's a better coach than that

The media collectively sucking this hire off just shows sports media is a fake news as any media. There isn’t a unique original or creative thought among the bunch. It’s Lanes bad Whittingham good

Just piling on to the BK is Wittingham. He was suppose to stabilize culture high floor low ceiling after a turbulent O
