You're right, there's been zero indication of any commitment to LSU except for insider conjecture from what's going on. Nothing from him or his side.
I don't understand firing BK, who was a mercenary only here because of our budget and state recruits to get himself a championship, then turning around doing the same thing with Kiffin. He's showing you who he is throughout this process and it's a flat out mercenary who doesn't even have the skins on the wall BK does.

The same folks that would be completely caught with their pants down if lane plane does not land. I have never been impressed with their thoroughness of search.

When is the last time a head coach at a major CFB has discussed on going negotiations in public? They won’t even discuss contact extensions with their current employer. He doesn’t need to do it to make fans feel better.
He and his agent have apparently made comfortable enough to send a PP to pick him up in the morning.
