1) He brought in and coached a TON of top recruits when he was @ Alabama (another poster shared the list)
2) His work coaching the Seahawks also nothing to sneeze at - and gives add'l credibility
3) He's younger than other candidates being mentioned
4) He was at LA Tech and has direct tie to Blake Baker there
