OM always seemed to drop a game or two they shouldn’t have every season. If any part of that is due to OC or DC we might be better off without them

Some of the staff may be riding the season out for any bonuses coming their way with the playoffs. For some of the position coaches, that may be the best move for their families. Similar to the other poster said, once the season is over, its fair game.

I’m more worried about defensive coordinator.
