Ole miss has no leverage here ! None ! The only thing they could do is fire him ! And let them do that !

As another poster pointed out is that this isn't practical for Spring transfers to schools on semester systems. What's needed is to get rid of the conference championship games, expand the playoffs to 16, and finish the playoffs with a championship game on New Year's day.
