Pelini to Nebraska...
on college football live..

"all signs point to Pelini to Nebraska"....
If it is down to Pelini and Gill, and Gill's season is over but Pelini's is still going on, and the coach hasn't been named yet, you can bet that there is a good chance that Pelini is the choice. If it was Gill, why hasn't he been announced yet?

we all know that there is a 99% chance that Pelini is going to nebraska. i just have a problem with non-sources.

My only thought on that is this -- perhaps Osborne wants to do a second interview with each and is waiting until after this weekend to do either one.

because they are waiting to announce after the SEC championship game.
You're right chicken if it was Gill they would have announced it already.

I don't know...do they often conduct second interviews for coaching jobs...it would seem that for these two candidates in particular, they are known very well by the higher-ups at NU, and a single interview would have been sufficient.

Maybe, maybe not. This is the ONLY reason out there for me to think it wouldn't be Pelini, and I think there is a 95-99% chance that Pelini is the guy.
