Curiel is a good CF but that ball was a test that great CF’s make. Tougher play for a LH but still.

Cmon Mac

Don’t quit them too
Had to get Josh Pearson ABs bro

yep Junior's first 7 years were better than Bonds' first 7 years

Bonds had 10+ WAR

That’s two all star seasons lol

Trade McCoy for a day 2 pick

Rebuilds aren’t necessarily linear. There will be steps back.

The majority of the fan base thinks this team is on the Patriots trajectory
Yeah, I think Jay is regretting not having the usual off days in between to coach what he needs to. No one should be tired but I’ve seen silly fans make that comment.
Didn’t say he didn’t help the team. You just can’t count on him to play a full season. Cam Jordan and Davis never ever miss games
I guess, for a guy that only played in 70% of the games

Cam’s 2025 stats are deceiving

I mean he played up to what he had been the years before. But he was a really good two way end that played like 60% of the snaps. Replacing him is what it is, but fans need to temper expectations. Those two guys carried the defense this past year.

How the frick do you know that? The Patriots went 4-13 with a promising rookie quarterback and made it to the Super Bowl in his year 2. Shough showed enough to think he might be the real deal.

If you lose Jordan and Davis the ceiling shrinks even more. The defense as it stands would be terrible without those two.

applaud the saints for being smart and allowing things like this to happen

Careful bunchie

The corresponding move determines if this is a good thing or not. These guys saved the defense last year, single handily. There is a world this is a major setback for what is a terrible roster with no direct replacement.

It’s why Love has always been a great pick at 8.
You keep comparing to last years team. They aren’t as good last year but that doesn’t mean they don’t have dudes

He’s started 14 different players and the lineups have varied tremendously game to game, both batting order and defensively. Just hard to build a rhythm that way with a lot of new starters and transfers.

Continuity helps build confidence which in turn promotes winning.

would also give Yamin a good look against sac state See what he can do because if you don’t play him he’s in the portal

Can’t hit good pitching

Braun went 0-12 in the last 4 game series and looked really bad in a few ABs.

After brown and Curiel, Braun takes the best ABs on the team.
C Arrambide
1B Yorke
2b Simpson / Dardar
3b Carraway
SS Milan
LF Stanfield
Cf Curiel
RF brown

DH Braun / Simpson

That’s a pretty damn good team. Just need to post it and stick with it and get these guys consistent comfortable reps

just don’t think we have the dudes, Les.

They do, Carl. He just has tinkered a lot of has not found the right fit. Certain guys are being granted long leashes to see if they are right or not,

It won’t be electric but they have the pieces to be above average most nights
