Of this is the case there will be at least one missed timeout or other macro level coaching decision either missed or mishandled due to confused communication.

Consistency went out the fricking window the moment yall told LK he couldn't coach the playoffs. Pretending the head coach isn't the head coach is hilarious.

Consistency only works if the coach is also focused. Saban determined long ago Lane wasn't capable of focusing on the task at hand when having two jobs. Plenty of other coaches are. Don't blame OM for just listening to Saban.
