Get Napier . He can build a program , the teams are disciplined and he can recruit . Get him an OC and a DC . Save yourself tens of millions . The way money is thrown around makes me gasp !

And what has he done with that roster?
A&M has finished at or below .500 in conference 6 out of 9 seasons since joining the SEC. He’s a safe hire that will the program respectable but he’s not going to compete for titles year and year out.

He can build a Sunbelt conference program. SEC is an entirely different weight class.
