He wont leave. I just think though this has to start getting boring for him though. The best analogy I have is its like hes the number one online player for Madden but he spends all his time playing the computer on Rookie mode. At a certain point it has to get repetitive and boring.

Not saying I think he would go, he's missed his window and maye a tad too old, but LA would be a pretty good place to land for a pro coach in upcoming years. 1) it's LA, weather is great. 2) the new stadium is pretty damned nice that they are planning. 3) Lots of money that will be floating around.
