If he changes course after realizing that he has pissed off his voter base, good for him. It still doesn’t make it less true that he stepped on his own dick at the beginning of this process. Which isn’t over, by the way.

It’s even unfair to say he pissed off his voter base, as that was one of the lowest voter turnouts in a long time.

Nope… Landry is a major impediment… and reassurances are being made to a lot of people that Landry has absolutely nothing to do with Lane coming… I’ve said this from the beginning… why you think former players have been unusually mum about the situation… I know people here think playing for LSU a dream of most Louisiana kids( which it is).., but a lot of parents turned off by Landry… not just in Louisiana either.., I know for a fact we not getting two highly sought out in state players strictly based on his interference.., everybody paying players Landry did nothing but raised the rate LSU going be paying
