Mike London was considered an up and comer a few years ago. Hasn't done too much at UVA though

I mentioned East Carolina's Ruffin McNeill and some here said he's not that articulate.

First of all, I am not offended that someone thinks that Ruffin is not articulate. And you see that I went to ECU, but LSU is my football team......but lack of articulation ain't describing Ruffin at all. He's Southern.

Rebuttal: If you deem him saying the word "something" heard as "sumpin", then maybe that person is eluding to 'polish'. But articulation....he's got a great demeanor. You'd want to listen to him on audio before agreeing with those blurting out 'inarticulate'.

He had that one good year in year two, but he hasn't been able to replicate what Al Groh did.

Oddly though with this season, he was a score away in three games from having an 8-3 season.

I think london is an OC away from being a good coach. that defense this year was serious'

the job that randy shannon has done with our linebackers is nothing short of a miracle.

Curious who from the NFL you think would be worthy candidates?

The Cardinals' Todd Bowles for one. Titans' DC Ray Horton

I tell people all the time that Randy Shannon's resume is just as good as Muschamp's.

True and he has actually brought in some pretty good recruits recently considering it is UVA

Could be why they will both be assistants next year.

Don't worry about it. We all need to hire the best coach that we can without outside interference.

BCA is going to complain anyway. They gave A&M an "F" rating when A&M hired Sumlin. I guess we didn't participate in the shakedown. It makes me more proud of the Sumlin result. Pride even after a 7-5 season.

ECU was looking really impressive until they fell on their face ever since their bye week this year

Apparently Mike Tomlin is on the Michigan wish list.
