Spirit airline on the brink of insolvency, future flights could be in doubt

According to a report from Bloomberg on Wednesday, April 15, the company is so low on funds that it may be forced to completely shut down in the coming days. The news comes as it’s already seeking court approval for a second restructuring in less than a year after narrowly avoiding bankruptcy in March of 2025.

As for what that would mean for Spirit Airlines ticketholders whose flights would be after the liquidation and shuttering of the once-budged-friendly airline, that remains to be seen.

I would like them to run the numbers considering this aspect-
I have a friend that turns 62, in 4 years. He said he plans to take it at 62 because if he waits until 70, SS won't have the funds to pay the full benefit. He claims he would be waiting on a reduced amount.

They're not ignorant of the constitution, but they know that the majority of their supporters are. This is all show.
Even if they got enough votes and passed it, it has to be prescribed by law. So Trump would veto it.

That's not how the 25th amendment works. A cabinet member or VP has to initiate it, not Congress.
Congress is allowed to create a commission to invoke the 25th

Section 4
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Since the 1980's upwards of 50 million immigrants have entered the US and the majority have not truly assimilated into US society/Western culture.
Between 1975-1995, a large number of immigrants that entered the country were from Cuba, Vietnam, Philippines, China, and South Korea. One could argue that they have assimilated into US society better than the Irish and Italians did at first.
