Sure there are rumors, but at least we had some direction. Rumors were Richt, Petersen (as usual), Smart, Sumlin, Fedora.
5 major rumors. We got it done by the 10th after firing our coach days after our thanksgiving game.

I've seen numerous coaches come in and have a first good year with others players to only crash and burn in a couple years after. Lets see how this plays out with Sumlin. He had a fine year with a stacked team and a freak QB.

So our big rumors have been Miles, Petersen and now Gundy and we supposedly will have somone in place tomorrow on the 4th.
Not really seeing the big deal here.

Mike Irwin says the Stephens plane is scheduled to go from New Jersey to Madison to Fayetteville.

Agreed. It's 3 days after the end of the college season. I have followed coaching searches for a long time and don't ever remember a coach leaving a team before the end of the year.
Arkansas will get its coach this week.
