SCOTUS ruled that tariffs can not be implemented using the IECC which was very few of the total tariffs.
These tariffs are currently being rewritten under section 122, 232, and 301 and will be implemented in the coming hours
Congress had already invested authority to POTUS for duties and tariffs under the above sections.

Meh it's biggest problem was his attitude, he came into this year trying to show all the things the NBA told him was keeping him out of the first round instead of being him and doing the things that caused him to be invited to the combine.
Brazil did this last year.
If you go to the combine come back instead of thinking it's a do this and that to go high in the draft the following year, players need to accept they aren't ready and need to plan on another two to three years at college to develop into what is missing for the next level. They are being paid more than they are going to make in the g-league so the urgency of getting out of college shouldn't be there as it was pre nil.

No. None of the election material has ever been allowed to be examined by outside sources.
The recounted using the same fraudulent ballots, got the same results, then claimed most secure, freest election ever.
