It was sent back to the lower court to argue reimbursement.
False.

SCOTUS ruled that tariffs can not be implemented using the IECC which was very few of the total tariffs.

These tariffs are currently being rewritten under section 122, 232, and 301 and will be implemented in the coming hours

Congress had already invested authority to POTUS for duties and tariffs under the above sections.
Meh it's biggest problem was his attitude, he came into this year trying to show all the things the NBA told him was keeping him out of the first round instead of being him and doing the things that caused him to be invited to the combine.

Brazil did this last year.

If you go to the combine come back instead of thinking it's a do this and that to go high in the draft the following year, players need to accept they aren't ready and need to plan on another two to three years at college to develop into what is missing for the next level. They are being paid more than they are going to make in the g-league so the urgency of getting out of college shouldn't be there as it was pre nil.
We can but only the bed in the postseason.
Wagner is pissing me off , bullshite soft bounce pass to Acuff taking him out of the play then hesitating a pass to Thomas causing a wide open three to be a bounce side step three.

Jealous little bitch he is. He and Knox can take their bad attitudes and frick right off.

Arkansas had more points in the paint (64) than LSU had in the game (62).

Just not fair.

Once again Pence finds himself on the wrong side of a 80/20 issue.
It isn't about pedo shite, that is the blackmail initiation material that will stop most for digging below.

Below you have corruption through the finiancial system, to big to fail activity involved in money laundering, shell games, etc

Below that you have the real creepy eugenics, cloning, organ farming, life extending experiment stuff that explains what he was involved with so many in the science community, do you thing Stephen Hawkins was on the island virtually fricking kids? No. Real island of Dr Moreau stuff.

Epstein's buddy Michael Bay made a movie back in the early 2000s called the island that is more of documentary of Epstein than a science fiction movie...
Trump mention the prince and the island the day he came down the golden escalator.

In the Epstein file there are emails between Epstein and Wolff (?) where they are trying to throw dirt on Trump where Epstein claims trump is why he went to jail. This same guy is who Trump referred to Caitlin Collins in the not smiling rant, of course the quote is butchered talking this reference out in all the news articles.
No. None of the election material has ever been allowed to be examined by outside sources.

The recounted using the same fraudulent ballots, got the same results, then claimed most secure, freest election ever.

If that was true they would have welcomed outside scrutiny and examination of ballots and counts.
0% chance either side ever brings up Zorro Ranch. The pedo and Satan worship is bad enough but doesn't touch the horrors at Zorro.
Remember it's only illegal to leak factual information from closed door hearings.

Hint: the media knew this when Schiff was spreading his lies.

Yesterday's conspiracy theory is tomorrows truth.

Been that way since the CIA came up with the phrase to try and discredit thoughts a warehouse worker acting alone was able to fire magic bullets at an incredibly rapid rate using a bolt action rifle from a second floor window in 1963 sounded a little suspect to too many.

Part of being a principled libertarian in Kentucky is the very real possibility of having your arse kicked on your front lawn by your neighbor.

Not everyone understands libertarians or their principles.
Don't look at Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, or Michigan.

This isn't the order of future FBI raids of Maricopa, Bucks County, Milwaukee County, and Wayne county.

The entire electction was decided by less than 100k votes in a handful of counties. None of the above could have legally certified their elections, but they did it anyway...
