It would be called the Les Spread. Houston would start recruiting fullbacks and practicing toss dives. In all honesty, Les might do good there if he has changed as claimed.

Only 3 things can happen with a forward pass, and 2 of them are bad.

(So, no.)

Les is getting a wake-up call. His services are not in demand

7 options for the toss dive. Interesting.

Of course not. Miles is not going to eat artificial turf.

As I recall, he ran a more open O at Okie State. Reminds me of John Cooper- open at Az State then conservative at Ohio State.
I think these coaches figure that if you have the best players, that a spread can only diminish your talent advantage.
At UH, he may have best talent in AAC, but not against his OOC schedule so I could see him spreading it.

To be hired, Les has to commit to real change in his offensive philosophy.

Will he run a good program? Yes. Will he win? Yes.

I wish Les Miles nothing but the best. He is a class act and I'd like to see him succeed at his next stop.

He would've brought the fullback to Baylor and they would like it

There is an article that came out about a month ago about how Les has spent his off time studying the spread

Yes, and he's still trying to figure out how to run double tight ends and a fullback in the spread.
