With inevitability of the PAC 16 and ACC growing too, where does everyone else fall? Could the SEC and BIG lose out in the end?
Or
Does either conference need to expand at all?

Mizzou and MAYBE KANSAS to the BIG.
ETA: Someone from Mizzou already said they had a conference lined up if the Big 12 falls apart. Don't know if it was the AD or President. So I'm thinking the Big East or BIG.

The BIG is getting scooped on the East Coast by the ACC. Pretty much their only options now are KU, Mizzou and ND. They might still be able to get Rutgers or UConn if they move quickly.
SEC is going to wind up losing in this deal if they can't peel off a couple of ACC teams. TAMU is a nice get, but if it comes with WVU, Mizzou and L'ville it's a huge loss.
