These players are simply a reflection of their former coach

When your coach is an unqualified arrogant SOB that takes credit for everything despite his team's success in spite of him, you get these types of players on the team.
They were very talented, but it was all about them, and this was and always be the flaw in guys like O as head coaches. They tend to find the egotistical "me" players that destroy team chemistry.
In the end though, better to have a program you can be proud of being run the right way than a slimy one with no morals and no ethics.

The guys that came in 2020 had a different coach than the 17-19 guys. It’s why you saw Sting at least try to play, because he had gotten a taste of the 2019 culture.
